History:

Excelsior-Henderson takes its name from two classic American motorcycle manufacturers that belonged to the same company from 1917 until its closure in 1931. In 1999, an attempt was made to revive the brand, but only 2,000 machines were built before production ceased in the same year it began. Super-X is a model name from 1925. During this period, a total of around 3,000 Excelsior and Henderson motorcycles were sold annually.
